Return and Exchange Policy

We have 7 DAYS NO QUESTION ASKED RETURNS POLICY. In case of defected/damaged product, complaint should be raised within 24 hours of delivery of product. Items to be returned must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged & Tags intact. Return items will only be accepted in their original packaging. Any items that have been damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer with shipping charges.

Customers who make purchases using a credit note are not eligible for refunds; however, they may request an exchange of the product in the event of any damage or size-related issues.

We refund the amount per product in your bank account. We need following bank details – Name, A/c no., IFSC Code, Bank, Branch to process the refund.

In case of size problem, we can always get it exchanged to a size you need. You can raise the size exchange request by dropping us a mail at (email) mentioning the new required size and you will get a revert within 24 working hours.

We will arrange a pick-up of the product delivered to you and get a fresh piece made in the new required size and it will be dispatched as soon as it gets ready. In case pickup facility is not available on the provided pin code, customer has to ship the product back to our office at her/his own risks, costs & responsibility within 7 days of receipt of the product.

Return Policy:

  • If you want to return the outfit, then you need to do it within 7 days from delivery of the outfit/s.
  • In case of defective/ damaged outfit, complaint should be raised within 24 hours of delivery of the outfit/s.
  • While returning the outfit/s, it must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and tags should be intact.
  • Return outfit/s will only be accepted in their original packaging.
  • Any outfit/s that have been damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to you with additional shipping charges.
  • Any Refund will be processed in 5 to 10 days.
  • The refund amount will be processed and deposited in your bank account and for the same we would require below mentioned details:
  1. Name of the account holder
  2. Account no.
  3. IFSC code
  4. Bank name
  5. Branch name

Exchange Policy:

  • In case of size issue, we can always get it exchanged.
  • Exchange policy will be available for 7 days from delivery of the outfit/s.
  • You can raise the size exchange request by dropping us a mail at (manufacturernishita@gmail.com) mentioning the new required size and we will revert you within 24 working hours.
  • We will arrange a pick-up and get the outfit exchanged provided, it must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and tags should be intact.
  • We will get a fresh piece made in the new required size and it will be dispatched as soon as it gets ready.
  • In case, if pick-up facility is unavailable to the provided pin code, you need to ship the outfit/s back to our office at your own risk, cost and responsibility.
  • Sale products cannot be refunded but are eligible for exchange in the event of size discrepancies or damage.
  • For any products that are canceled or returned, there will be a shipping charge applied for both returning and delivering.
